All parts orders generally ship within 2-4 business days. Some Dynasty Spas and specialty factory brand parts ship in about 7-15 business days. If you need something shipped faster please contact us and we will do our best. All factory part orders are charged at time of order. Orders must be received prior to 1:30pm for two day shipping (when available *additional shipping cost to be quoted at time of request.). No next day or two day shipping orders will be processed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Please be advised that anyone accepting delivery must inspect the product thoroughly. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage product is signed for, you will not be reimbursed for return shipping and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. If product is refused, please notify us at once so we can reship the product to you. In the event that you refuse a shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the actual original and return shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee.
Please be aware that you MAY NOT order parts on our website under the terms of your Manufacturer's Warranty. ***Items purchased here will NOT receive warranty credit.*** Warranty items must be processed through customer service. If you feel that your spa's manufacturer's warranty is still in effect, please visit our Contact Us page <https://www.dynastyspaparts.com/pages/contact.html> and forward your spa's serial number for verification prior to placing your order. Items ordered for warranty and then returned to us will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

Customers shipping outside the United States are responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on shipment location and cost of goods.
Returns are NOT accepted. Contact us with your hot tub's serial number before your purchase to verify that the part is correct for your hot tub. In the case of a damaged product, a shipping claim must be filed by the customer with the shipping carrier. We are more than happy to assist in this process. If there is a manufacturer defect, on a non-electrical item, causing it to be unusable a replacement item will be shipped after DSP receives the damaged item. If a return is approved, customers pay shipping on all parts returned and a 30% Restocking Fee shall apply and a store credit will be issued. Parts must be received in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Electronics are non-returnable under any circumstance. At time of receipt of returned parts, you will receive a refund less the restocking fee.

From time to time some parts may become obsolete, but we do our best to provide you with compatible,
sometimes newer versions to replace the original. Please keep in mind that there are many parts that are
proprietary to different manufacturers. The same is true with Dynasty Spas. When purchasing parts it's best
to confirm that you are getting OEM parts or you may find yourself with a part that doesn't fit the same
or operate your equipment properly. Purchasing OEM parts ensures you are getting the correct thread sizes,
proper electronic functionality and, that you are not voiding your manufacturer's warranty.
